Quite poetical images: ruins, olive trees, poppies, a climbin road...

Ahahaha, that is the reason I posted these photos: because even I, who live here, I was impressed to find in Elefsina the international image for Greece! Ancient stones, olive trees and wild flowers!
I wanted to share this with you.

As a comment above, Elefsina is what most people think of Greece first.

It's really beautiful, and for me it's even more special since it's related to the field I want to work in. Thanks for sharing!

My hometown combines modern Greece : ancient ruins in a heavily polluted enviroment!! :|

Sweet Lemon, it was a pleasure to have you (the whole "gang") here in Elefsina! :)

Athens, the capital of Greece, with more than 3.000.000 people....
It's not just ancient ruins and pollution.
Its' also the suburbs, everyday people, gardens, bitter orange trees.
